Low temperature curing weldable silver paste

The low-temperature silver paste AS9100 developed by Shanren New Materials for heterojunction batteries has the following characteristics:

1. Low resistivity: The electrode formed by low-temperature sintering has a low resistivity, with a volume resistance of less than 4.6 * 10-6 Ω. CM;

2. Good contact with the TCO layer, low contact resistance, which can improve FF;

3. Strong welding tension: The circuit welding performance after low-temperature sintering of silver slurry is good, with a tension of over 2.0N/mm;

4. Good continuous printability: The viscosity of the silver paste is relatively suitable, maintaining a good aspect ratio to meet the requirements of sustainable printing;

5. Fast printing speed: The printing speed can reach 300-400mm/S;

6. Good reliability: The silver slurry has good weather resistance after low-temperature solidification to form electrodes, meeting the requirements for component reliability.
